Completely fill out this Audition Application Form if you wish to schedule an audition for admission to the School of Music for the Spring 2010 (January), or, Fall 2010 (August) semester, as either a GRADUATE degree or certificate student. It is highly recommended that you submit your application at least three weeks prior to your requested audition date. Audition days often fill up and audition times are filled as applications are received. While all Audition Days are for music scholarship consideration, scholarships are offered on a rolling basis and funds may not be available for some of the later dates. Auditions take place on the Tampa campus of the University of South Florida.

If you wish to audition on more than one instrument you must submit a SEPARATE application for EACH instrument.

Students auditioning are strongly encouraged to submit up to three letters of reference from individuals that have first hand knowledge of their musical/personal background. The Recommendation Form can be found HERE.

DO NOT USE THIS FORM if you wish to simply perform in an ensemble. Separate auditions, which take place at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters, are required for placement in our music ensembles. Contact the School of Music office at (813) 974-2311 for more information.
